Job Overview:
As a Project Analyst at Dhwani Rural Information Systems, you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of multiple projects using our Tech Platforms for CSR Grant Management and M&E requirements of clients. You will work closely with project managers and internal stakeholders to ensure effective and frequent communication and to identify solutions through our platforms and tech custom solutions.
In this role, you will be responsible for conducting primary and secondary research to arrive at insights required to solve problems, and for performing qualitative and quantitative analysis. You will also be responsible for creating notes, decks, databases, and excel sheets to ensure the efficient delivery of quality client-facing products, and for documenting learnings to create reusable knowledge from the project.
In addition to your specific deliverables, you will be expected to support others in the larger organization where required and to have a natural inclination towards start-ups, software, and the latest IT solutions.
To be successful in this role, you should have a bachelor's degree in business, economics, commerce, mathematics, or statistics, and have prior experience in data analysis and presentations. You should also have strong knowledge of communication practices and techniques, and outstanding written and verbal communication skills. You should be able to multitask and work well under pressure and have excellent organizational and leadership abilities
